Automotive LIN Bus Transceiver

NCA1021-Q1 is a LIN transceiver that supports low power consumption and multiple wake-up functions, and supports 20kbps of data transmission and reception. NCA1021-Q1 is designed with a low power consumption sleep mode and supports remote and local wake-up functions via LIN bus or other pins. The component can selectively enable different power supplies that may be available on the node through the INH output pin, thereby reducing battery current consumption at the overall system level. NCA1021-Q1 controls the status of the LIN bus through the TXD pin and reports the status of the bus through its open drain RXD output pin. The component has a current limit waveform driver for reducing electromagnetic emission (EME).
