Isolated Voltage Sampling Amplifier With High Reliability

NSi1312 is a cost-effective isolation amplifier. It is developed based on NOVOSENSE capacitance isolation technology, in which the output is separated from the input. The linear differential input signal range of the component is 1.2V (full scale ± 1.5V). The high input impedance of the NSI1312 makes it ideal for connection to high voltage resistive dividers or other voltage signal sources with high output impedance. The fixed gain of the component is 1, and two versions are available: one is with differential analog output (NSI1312D), and the other is with single-ended analog output (NSI1312S). Low misalignment and gain drift ensure accuracy over the entire temperature range. High common mode transient immunity (CMTI) ensures that the component can provide accurate and reliable measurement results even when working with high power switches, such as in motor control applications. The fail-safe function (high-side supply voltage loss detection) simplifies the design and diagnostics of the system.
