MT73xx: Automotive-grade Dual-output Hall-Effect Latch with Speed and Direction Output

The MT73XX-OXX series is a high-performance, high-reliability dual Hall-effect latch manufactured using BCD technology.
The device integrates an on-chip Hall voltage generator, a voltage regulator (supporting a supply voltage range from 3.0V to 24V), a temperature compensation circuit, a small-signal amplifier, a dynamic offset cancellation system, a Schmitt trigger, and two open-drain outputs — all within a single package.

The MT73XX-OXX adopts a spatially separated dual-latch sensor IC design. It incorporates two Hall sensor plates positioned to detect magnetic fields along different axes, enabling each sensor to respond to orthogonal components of the same magnetic field. One Hall plate provides a speed signal output, while the direction signal is generated internally based on the combined output of both Hall plates.

The MT73XX-OXX series is available in SOT-23-6L for surface mounting and flat TO-94 for through-hole mounting. All packages are RoHS compliant.
