Low-cost three-channel digital isolator with integrated isolated power DC-DC converter

NIRSP31 is a low-cost three-channel digital Isolator with Integrated Isolated DC-DC power supply. The isolated DC-DC power supply can provide up to 300mW of output power based on the on-chip transformer. The feedback PWM signal is transmitted to the primary side by a digital isolator based on NOVOSENSE capacitance isolation technology. Highly integrated solutions simplify system design and improve reliability. The NIRSP31 are UL1577-qualified for safety, support an isolation voltage of 2kVrms, and feature improved electromagnetic immunity and low radiation. The data rate of the NIRSP31 is as high as 10Mbps, and the common mode transient immunity (CMTI) is as high as 50kV/us. The NIRSP31 component provides 5V to 5V and 5V to 3.3V conversion modes, and the output voltage can be set through SEL.
