In 2024，NOVOSENSE Microelectronics announced that it has officially joined the Automotive Electronics Council (AEC) as a member of the AEC Component Technical Committee.
AEC was originally founded in the 1990s by Chrysler, Ford and General Motors for establishing a universal qualification and quality standard system for vehicles and their components. For example, the AEC-Q100 standard it developed has now become the industry's authoritative automotive chip testing standard. Today, AEC has grown into an authoritative industry organization that includes dozens of automotive OEMs and component suppliers. The Component Technical Committee, headed by AEC, focuses on the development of reliable, high-quality standards for automotive electronic component, setting a benchmark for the sustainable development across the industry.

Conflict Minerals
As a semiconductor company, we continuously monitor international perspectives and evolving trends regarding conflict minerals, strengthening our management in this area. The company has formulated the "Hazardous Substance Control Procedure" to manage compliance processes for conflict minerals, reflecting our commitment to self-governance and oversight. We have established an effective data management and reporting mechanism to track and monitor conflict mineral issues within the supply chain in real-time, proactively cooperating with customers on data reporting. Our existing suppliers have been surveyed using the Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT), and results are evaluated to ensure compliance with "DRC Conflict-Free" requirements. To date, our supply chain surveys have found no suppliers involved in the use of conflict minerals.
Hazardous Substance Control
NOVOSENSE strictly complies with international and domestic laws and regulations regarding the prohibition and restriction of hazardous substances in manufacturing. We monitor and ensure that all raw materials and products meet control requirements, including RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) and REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals). We implement hazardous substance control at every stage of the product lifecycle to minimize environmental impact.
